無張力減徑過程中鋼管壁增厚試驗(yàn)
EXPERIMENT ON W. T. INCREMENT OF STEEL TUBE DURING NON-STRETCH REDUCING PROCESS

摘要: 在Φ100mm自動軋管機(jī)組無張力減徑過程中,測定了鋼管管壁增厚值。測定數(shù)據(jù)表明:在生產(chǎn)條件下,采用△S=0.0044△D·Sc計算增厚值合理可行;而對于Sc<10mm和15mm>Sc ≥ 10mm的減徑管,應(yīng)對計算增厚值作適當(dāng)修正。Abstract: Steel tube W. T.increment was measured during the operation of non-stretch reducing mill on the Φ100mm plug pipe-rolling line.The resultant data show that under normal operation conditions, it is logical to calculate the gauge increment with equation:△S=0.0044△D. Sc, and that in case of pipe-reducing with Sc<10mm and 15mm>Sc ≥ 10mm, proper correction should be made to the calculated W.T. increment.
