C、N、S含量對鐵素體不銹鋼裂紋敏感性的影響
INFLUENCE OF C, N, S, CONTENTS ON SENSIBILITY OF FERRITE STAIN LESS STEEL ABOUT CRACKING

摘要: 分析了18Cr-2Mo鐵素體不銹鋼毛管及冷軋管裂紋產(chǎn)生的原因,即較高含量的C、N、S間隙原子及其所形成的片狀沉淀對100面的雙重弱化效應(yīng)。減少間隙原子量有利于抑制裂紋產(chǎn)生。Abstract: Based on an investigation on elements reponsible for the cracks of 18Cr-2Mo ferrite stainless steel shell and cold-rolled pipe, a conclusion is made that it is the double weakening effects by comparatively high contents of C,N,S interstitial atoms and their flake deposition on the 100\ face that caused the cracks. Therefore, to reduce the amount of the said atoms will be effective on curbing development of the said cracks.
