    CAD Illustrative Method for Groove Opening Value of Rotary Piercing Mill

    • 摘要: 介紹了一種使用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)(CAD)圖解斜軋穿孔孔型開(kāi)度值的方法,解決了在生產(chǎn)中用數(shù)學(xué)方法求解斜軋孔型開(kāi)度值較復(fù)雜,難以應(yīng)用的問(wèn)題。對(duì)穿孔機(jī)軋輥空間位置進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)仿真后,作軋制線上某點(diǎn)的垂直截面,根據(jù)開(kāi)度值假設(shè)條件,在截面內(nèi)用作圖方式逐步逼近開(kāi)度值。以較簡(jiǎn)單的作圖方式得到有一定精度、能滿足工程應(yīng)用的開(kāi)度值,并對(duì)開(kāi)度值數(shù)據(jù)作了簡(jiǎn)要的分析。

       

      Abstract: Presented in the article is a CAD illustrative method for groove opening of rotary piercing mill,which is much simpler and easy-to-use than the mathematic method as used for the same purpose.After computer simulation of the piercer roll space position,a perpendicular plane is made from a certain point in the rolling line,and then following the assumed conditions for the opening value,the opening value is approached to by means of drawing on the said plane.With this rather simple illustrative method,certain accuracy of the groove opening value can be obtained to meet actual engineering requirement.In addition,a brief analysis of the said groove opening data is made.
