摘要: 分析鋼管四輥減徑技術(shù)相較于三輥減徑技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢(shì)，重點(diǎn)從內(nèi)外混合傳動(dòng)四輥軋輥機(jī)架傳動(dòng)原理、軋輥機(jī)架的裝配制造及其精度保證體系、主機(jī)座和傳動(dòng)裝置及機(jī)架更換裝置結(jié)構(gòu)等方面，對(duì)某公司自主開(kāi)發(fā)的四輥全驅(qū)動(dòng)減徑設(shè)備進(jìn)行理論闡述。Abstract: The competitive superiority of the 4-roll reducing technoloy over the 3-roll reducing technology is analyzed.A 4-roll simultaneously-driven reducing mill developed by some company is theoretically elaborated，focusing on such aspects as the drive principle of the internally/externally driven 4-roll stand，the fabricating and assembling of the roll stand and its precision gurantee system，the main stand and its drive system，as well as the roll stand changing device etc.
