    烏克蘭的鋼管生產(chǎn)技術(shù)近況

    Recent Development of Steel Tube Manufacturing Technologies in Ukraine

    • 摘要: 筆者一行7人重點(diǎn)考察了烏克蘭用離心澆鑄空心坯軋制不銹鋼無(wú)縫鋼管的技術(shù)。介紹了烏克蘭近年來(lái)鋼管生產(chǎn)的概況,主要鋼管企業(yè)的裝備;烏克蘭國(guó)家冶金學(xué)院在離心澆鑄合金鋼和高合金鋼空心管坯方面的研究成果,幾種特殊異型鋼管及管件的生產(chǎn)方法。

       

      Abstract: Based on the investigation by the author and his seven-people delegation on steel tube industry in Ukraine, particularly the technology involving rolling stainless steel seamless tubes with centrifigually cast hollow blanks, an overview of Ukrainian steel tube industry over the recent years is present in the article. In addition, the author also introduces such aspects as the equipment configuration of key steel tube makers, the development made by Ukrainian State Metallurgical Institute in centrifigual casting of alloy steel and hi-alloy steel hollow blanks for tube-making and the manufacturing processes relating to several special kinds of shaped steel tubes and tubular fittings.
