摘要: 分析了高強(qiáng)度抗硫化氫腐蝕套管軋制變形難度較大的原因,提出了相應(yīng)的解決辦法,并在實(shí)際應(yīng)用過程中取得良好效果,實(shí)現(xiàn)了此類難變形金屬在二輥式連軋管機(jī)上軋制的突破。Abstract: Analyzed are the causes why it is so hard to get the desirable deformation of the material during rolling of the hi-strength anti-SSC oil casing, and thus countermeasures are proposed and implemented. The result is satisfactory, which leads to the breakthrough in rolling of such hi-deformation metals with the 2-roll type mandrel mill.
