大中型多輥連軋管機組產(chǎn)品壁厚精度的模擬對比
Simulated Comparison of Thickness Accuracies of Large-and-middle-sized Multi-roll Mandrel Mills

摘要: 利用ABAQUS有限元仿真軟件,模擬分析了多輥(二輥、三輥和四輥)連軋工藝應(yīng)用于Φ340 mm連軋管機組的軋后荒管壁厚精度;并對比各機架峰值軋制力的模擬結(jié)果與實測結(jié)果。結(jié)果表明:與二輥和三輥相比,采用四輥連軋工藝軋制低碳鋼、高合金鋼品種,產(chǎn)品壁厚均勻性更好。Abstract: Analyzed in the paper are the thickness accuracies of the shells after the multi-roll(2-roll,3-roll,4-roll)rolling processes applied in Φ340 mm mandrel mills using ABAQUS FEA software.Comparing the simulated result and actual result of the peak rolling force of each stand,it is conclued that,when making mild steel and high alloy steel tubes,the 4-roll rolling process can get better thickness homogeneity in comparison with 2-roll and 3-roll processes.
