    Automation Control System for Tube Finishing Section of Φ340 mm MPM Plant

    • 摘要: 對現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù)進行了簡單的概述。通過分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),參數(shù)設(shè)定,硬件配置,軟件組態(tài)來實現(xiàn)西門子PLC和變頻器之間的數(shù)據(jù)通訊。著重介紹了PROFIBUS-DP現(xiàn)場總線在Φ340 mm連軋管機組精整線自動控制系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用。

       

      Abstract: Briefed is the PROFIBUS-DP technology.Analyzed are the network structure,parameter setting,hardware configuration and software composition,which ensure proper data communication between the Siemens-supplied PLCs and converters.Detailed is the application of the PROFIBUS-DP technology to the automation control system for the tube finishing section of the Φ340 mm MPM Pipe Plant.
