縮短毛管傳擱時間的研究

摘要: 在自動軋管生產(chǎn)中,因穿孔和軋管節(jié)奏不匹配會引起毛管傳擱。闡述了毛管傳擱時間對軋管頂頭使用壽命、荒管表面質(zhì)量和軋管機作業(yè)率的影響。探討了縮短毛管傳擱時間的措施。Abstract: During the operation course of the plug pipe mill line, shell waiting might occur due to the fact that the working cycles of the piercer and the plug mill are not properly matched to each other.Discussed in the paper are the negative inflence by the said waiting time on plug service life, tube surface quality and the availability of the pipe mills and relevant technical measures to shorten the shell waiting time.
