稀土鋅鋁合金在熱鍍鋅鋼管上的應(yīng)用

摘要: 為了降低鋅耗,提高熱鍍鋅鋼管的防腐性能,增加經(jīng)濟效益,長春鋼管總廠采取了在熱鍍鋅液中加入微量稀土鋅鋁合金的方法。介紹了稀土鋅鋁合金鍍管工藝流程,合金鍍管鍍層均勻性檢驗與鹽霧檢驗的結(jié)果,并作了經(jīng)濟分析。通過應(yīng)用稀土鋅鋁合金,可改善鍍層合金金屬的流動性,使鍍層減薄18%~20%,鋅耗下降10%,耐腐蝕性能提高1~2倍,噸管節(jié)鋅8.2kg。Abstract: A new process concerning adding trace rare earth/Zn/Al alloy into the hot galvanizing solution is developed by Changchun Steel Tube General Plant to reduce zinc consumption and enhance corrosion resistance of the hot-dip galvanized steel tube for greater economic benefit. The article involves main aspects of the said steel tube galvanization process with addition of rare earth/Zn/Al alloy technique, including process flow, the results of coating uniformity test and salt frog test of the alloy-galvanized tube and relevant economic analysis. Thanks to use of the rare earth/Zn/Al alloy, the following advantages have been achieved:improved mobility of the coating alloy metal, reduction of coating thickness by 18%-20%, reduction of zinc consumption by 10%, doubled or even tripled corrosion resistance and zinc saving of 8.2 kg, per ton of tubes.
