    用水平連鑄坯生產(chǎn)27SiMn鋼液壓支柱管的工藝實(shí)踐

    TECHNOLOGICAL PRACTICE IN MANUFACTURING OF HYDRAULIC PILLAR-USED 27SiMn STEEL TUBE WITH HCC BLOOM

    • 摘要: 介紹了采用水平連鑄坯生產(chǎn)27SiMn鋼液壓支柱管的設(shè)備、生產(chǎn)工藝及軋制結(jié)果。分析了過去所生產(chǎn)的27SiMn鋼液壓支柱管合格率低的原因,指出了采用水平連鑄坯生產(chǎn)27SiMn鋼液壓支柱管成功的關(guān)鍵。

       

      Abstract: Described in the article are main aspects concerning manufacture of the hydraulic pillar-used 27SiMn steel tube with HCC bloom; including the equipment; manufacturing process and the rolling performance. With a comparision of the said process with traditional process for the said tube, elements responsible for the low yield of the latter are analyzed, based on which, critical points concerning success in making the hydrualic pillar-used 27SiMn steel tubes with HCC blooms are put forward.
