    焊管管端切斜測量方法探討

    Discussion on Methods for Measurement of Squareness of Cropped Weld Pipe End

    • 摘要: 管端切斜測量是鋼管外觀尺寸檢查的一項比較重要的內容。鋼管管端擴徑后呈輕微“喇叭”形,此時用直角尺測量出的管端切斜尺寸并不是實際值;檢驗臺架不水平時用線錘法測量出的管端切斜尺寸也存在相同問題。分析計算證明,采用改進后的測量方法,則可以用直角尺或線錘測量出準確的鋼管管端切斜尺寸。

       

      Abstract: Measurement of squareness of the copped pipe end is regarded as a key item of steel pipe visual inspection. After being expanded, the end of the pipe is slightly“belled”. In this case, the pipe end squareness as measured with the steel square is not the actual value, neither the one as measured with the wire weigh method in the event that the inspection table is not quite horizontally leveled. Analytical calculation shows that thanks to the improved measurement method, the pipe end squreness can be precisely checked by either the steel square or the wire weight.
