摘要: 為了滿足不同直徑鋼管的外表面除銹要求,設(shè)計(jì)出一套自適應(yīng)鋼管外表面除銹裝置。由于該裝置不但能實(shí)現(xiàn)除銹工作半徑與中心高度的同步線性調(diào)節(jié),而且還能根據(jù)鋼管外徑變化進(jìn)行自動(dòng)調(diào)整,因此可減少人工輔助時(shí)間及勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,大幅度提高生產(chǎn)效率。Abstract: In order to meet the requirement for outer surface rust-removing for steel pipes with different diameters,an adaptive system for this purpose is developed.The said derusting system is not only capable of synchronous linear adjustment of the derusting operation radius and center elevation,but also has the function of automatic adapting as per steel pipe diameter change,resulting in reduction of the labor assisting time and labor intensity,and great enhancement of productivity.
