摘要: 介紹了江西新鋼鋼管有限責(zé)任公司改進(jìn)Φ90mm穿孔機(jī)送進(jìn)角的情況及使用效果。生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐表明,送進(jìn)角改進(jìn)后穿孔效率提高,純軋時(shí)間減少,單位能耗降低。Abstract: Described in the article are the changing of feed angle of the Φ90 mm piercing mill located at Steel Tube Co., Ltd., Xinyu I ＆ S Complex, Jiangxi Province and effectiveness of the change. Relevant operation shows that owing to the change of the feed angle piercing efficiency has been increased, net rolling time reduced, and unit energy consumption lowed.
