    小直徑薄壁直縫焊管帶鋼寬度的簡易計算

    EASY CALCULATION OF STRIP WIDTH FOR SMALL DIAMETER THIN WALL STRAIGHT SEAM WELDED TUBES

    • 摘要: 根據(jù)生產(chǎn)實踐提出了直縫焊管機組生產(chǎn)<φ50mm×0.7~2mm焊管用帶鋼寬度的簡易計算公式。用此公式計算確定的帶鋼寬度生產(chǎn)的小直徑薄壁直縫焊管達到了國際標準要求。

       

      Abstract: Based on production practice,a formula is developed for easy calculation for width of strip to be used for producing welded tubes with a size range under φ50mm×0.7~2mm on a small diameter straight seam welded pipe mill.The small diameter,thin-wall straight seam welded tubes manufactured by the strip with width set by meams of the said formula have been up to relevant international standards.
