摘要: 介紹了揚(yáng)州某鋼管廠對Φ90 mm穿孔機(jī)的定心輥漲套、機(jī)架軸承潤滑通道、定心輥輥?zhàn)?、軋輥箱和?cè)壓進(jìn)裝置等的改進(jìn)情況。通過改進(jìn),該穿孔機(jī)每年可節(jié)省維修時(shí)間156h,節(jié)約維修費(fèi)用8萬元。Abstract: Described in the paper are the main aspects concerning the modification of the Φ90 mm piercing mill as located in a steel pipe plant in Yangzhou, covering the expansion bushing of the in-mill steadier roller, roll stand bearing lubrication passage, the in-mill steadier roller proper, the roll cradle adjustment and the lateral-pressing device. Thanks to the modification of the mill, it is expected to save the annual maintenance costs by 156 hours and RMB 80 000 yuan.
