    用中徑和橢圓度量規(guī)替代螺紋工作量規(guī)的可行性分析

    Feasibility Analysis of Substituting Pitch Diameter Gauge and Ovality Gauge for Thread Work Gauge

    • 摘要: 簡述了用于管接頭螺紋檢驗(yàn)的中徑和橢圓度量規(guī)的特點(diǎn)、工作原理及使用方法。分析比較了緊密距測量以及中徑和橢圓度量規(guī)測量的誤差。結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實(shí)例分析指出,在錐度、螺距等螺紋單項(xiàng)參數(shù)合格穩(wěn)定的情況下,用中徑和橢圓度量規(guī)替代螺紋工作量規(guī)是可行的。

       

      Abstract: Briefed in the paper are the characteristics, work principles and operation procedures of the pitch diameter gauge and ovality gauge used to check coupling threads. The errors of the stand-off measurement and measurement errors made by pitch diameter gauge and ovality gauge are analyzed and compared. Based on relevant operation results, it is concluded that under the precondition that all the thread element data like taper and pitch remain consistent, it is feasible to substitute the pitch diameter gauge and the ovality gauge for the thread work gauge.
