    Design and Application of Laser Cutting System for Steel Pipe Production Line

    • 摘要: 介紹了鋼管生產(chǎn)線用激光切割裝置的工作原理、設(shè)備組成、作業(yè)流程及應(yīng)用效果。應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明:激光切割鋼管,斷面質(zhì)量滿足生產(chǎn)要求;工模具成本大幅降低;安裝時(shí)生產(chǎn)線改動(dòng)小,施工周期短,不影響生產(chǎn)。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the paper are the main aspects of a laser cutting system for the steel tube production line,including the working principle, the equipment configuration, the operation process flow and the application effectiveness. The actual application result shows that using laser to cut the steel pipe is capable of meeting the production requirement for pipe cross section quality;the costs for the tools and dies are remarkably reduced;installation of the system just results in very little modification of the existing production line proper,and the short construction time produces no negative influence on normal production activities.
