    熱采井用套管材料高溫拉伸性能試驗研究

    Experimental Study on High-temperature Tensile Properties of Steel for Casing as used in Thermal Recovery Well

    • 摘要: 研究某熱采井用110H鋼級套管材料在不同溫度下的拉伸性能。試驗溫度選用相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)推薦的180,240,290,325,350℃,另增加室溫拉伸試驗。試驗結(jié)果表明:隨著溫度升高,該110H鋼級熱采井用套管材料的屈服強(qiáng)度、抗拉強(qiáng)度均呈下降趨勢,且屈服強(qiáng)度對溫度更加敏感,下降程度滿足相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求;彈性模量隨著溫度升高也呈下降趨勢。對試驗結(jié)果進(jìn)行擬合,擬合可信度較高,可用于套管柱設(shè)計和選材時參考使用。

       

      Abstract: The tensile properties of 110H steel for the casing as used in a certain thermal recovery well are tested at different temperatures.The test temperatures are selected from those as recommended under applicable specification i.e., 180, 240, 290, 325, 350 ℃, and the room-temperature tensile test is added.The test results show that along with the increase of the temperature, both the yield strength and the tensile strength of the said steel decrease, and the yield strength becomes more sensitive to the temperature.The decrease degree meets the requirement as specified under the applicable specification.Likely the elastic modulus also decreases with increasing of the temperature.The results of the above mentioned tests are fitted, and the fitting reliability is rather high, which is worth referring for design and selection of the casing string.
