Current Situation of Development of Precision Pipe-rolling Technology

摘要: 隨著近20年精密軋管(Accu Roll)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,精密軋管機(jī)組已經(jīng)成為國內(nèi)熱軋無縫鋼管生產(chǎn)的第二大主力機(jī)型。介紹了精密軋管技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀;指出了精密軋管技術(shù)存在的問題;探討了精密軋管工藝改進(jìn)的方向和可能性,如采用軋制荒管頭尾削尖技術(shù)進(jìn)一步提高芯棒限動(dòng)速度的可能性,提高機(jī)組產(chǎn)能的途徑及采用精密軋管機(jī)組生產(chǎn)大直徑(Φ508mm以上)鋼管等。分析認(rèn)為,精密軋管機(jī)組投資少、技術(shù)先進(jìn),值得研究和選擇。

Abstract: Along with the rapid development of the precision pipe-rolling technology,the Accu-Roll mill has become the second most popularly-used mill type for production of hot-rolled seamless steel pipes.In the assay,the existing problems with the precision pipe-rolling technology are identified;The orientation and possible measures for improvement on the technology are discussed,including further increasing the retained speed of the mandrel by means of sharpening both head and tail ends of the pipe during the rolling process,approaching to enhance the mill's capacity and producing large-sized(over Φ508 mm) pipes with the Accu-Roll mill,etc.Based on the analysis,it is concluded that the Accu-Roll mill features low investment and technological advancement,being worth studying and selecting.
