    Development of BG125SS Ultra-high Strength Sulfur-resistant OCTG

    • 摘要: 分析高強(qiáng)度抗硫油井管開發(fā)的控制要點(diǎn);介紹BG125SS高強(qiáng)度抗硫油井管的開發(fā)生產(chǎn)過程,并研究其適用性。生產(chǎn)BG125SS高強(qiáng)度抗硫油井管時(shí),先在Cr-Mo鋼化學(xué)成分的基礎(chǔ)上降低Cr含量、提高V含量,然后利用輕壓下、電磁攪拌等手段,并采用大截面鑄坯開坯軋制成圓管坯等方式改善管坯偏析,再合理選擇軋制溫度,最后采用快速冷卻+空冷分段式冷卻的熱處理方式,使最終產(chǎn)品的性能達(dá)到日本住友集團(tuán)SM125ES的水平。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed in the paper are the major control points for the development of ultra-high strength sulfur-resistant OCTG.The development and the production of BG125SS ultra-high strength sulfur-resistant OCTG are introduced and its applicability is studied.When producing BG125SS ultra-high strength sulfur-resistant OCTG, the content of Cr is lowered and that of V increased on the basis of Cr-Mo steel chemical composition, and the billet segregation is improved by slight reducing and electromagnetic stirring as well as by making a round billet from a big cross section casting blank.Furthermore, the rolling temperature is reasonably selected and a heat treatment process involving fast cooling+segmented air cooling is adopted.The properties of the final product can reach that of the SM125ES from Sumitomo Group.
