    Application of Dynamic Reactive Power Compensating Device to Large-sized Straight Welded Pipe Production Line

    • 摘要: 介紹了巨龍鋼管有限公司大口徑直縫鋼管生產(chǎn)線低壓無功補(bǔ)償系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和技術(shù)選型。實(shí)踐表明,通過對(duì)低壓電網(wǎng)進(jìn)行無功功率補(bǔ)償,既可減少電費(fèi)支出,又能明顯提高低壓電網(wǎng)的供電質(zhì)量,同時(shí)也可提高鋼管生產(chǎn)的穩(wěn)定性。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the paper is the low-voltage reactive power compensator as used to the large-sized straight welded pipe production line located at Julong Steel Tube Co.,Ltd.,focusing on the design and type selection.The successful operation of the said compensator leads to the conclusion that reactive power compensation to the low-voltage electric network can not only reduce the cost for power consumption,but also considerably improve the power supply quality of the network and the consistency of tube production as well.
