    Study on Double-sided & Double-layered 3-wire Automatic SAW Process for 09MnNiDR Cryogenic Steel Pipe

    • 摘要: 介紹了09MnNiDR低溫鋼管的焊材、焊接方法、后續(xù)熱處理以及檢測工藝的選擇和試制情況。認為:09MnNiDR低溫鋼管的質(zhì)量取決于焊材和焊接能量,選取焊絲CHW-S13、焊劑CHF105DR,并遵守?zé)彷斎雰?yōu)先控制原則,其焊縫具有穩(wěn)定的抗低溫沖擊性能;在JCOE生產(chǎn)線上采用雙面多絲埋弧焊,可起到多道焊接的效果,細化晶粒,得到針狀鐵素體;采用保溫溫度590~620℃、保溫時間60 min、300℃以下出爐空冷的后續(xù)熱處理,可提高焊接接頭的性能。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the article are the main aspects about manufacturing of the 09MnNiDR cryogenic steel pipe, including welding material, welding method, follow-up heat treatment, determination of inspection/testing processes, and the trail production activities, etc.It is regarded that quality of the said low temperature steel pipe depends on such elements as welding material, welding energy, adoption of CHW-S13 weld wire and CHF105DR weld agent, and observation of the principle of taking heat input control as the priority.As a result, the pipe weld seam possesses stable anti-low temperature impact property.Owing to the double-sided and multi-wire SAW process as performed on the JCOE operation line, multi-pass welding of the pipe is realized, and accordingly, grains of the metal are refined, and acicular ferrite structure is developed.Moreover, properties of the weld joint will be improved by means of the follow-up heat treatment of off-furnace air cooling under the conditions as 590~620℃ holding temperature, 60 minutes holding time, and 300℃ furnace outlet temperature.
