    復(fù)合芯棒的研制開發(fā)

    Research & Development of Complex Mandrel

    • 摘要: 為了降低連軋管機(jī)組的軋制費(fèi)用,探索金屬材料利用的新方法,天津鋼管集團(tuán)股份有限公司選用合適的焊接材料和熱處理工藝,對普通合金結(jié)構(gòu)鋼42CrMoA表面進(jìn)行堆焊處理,成功開發(fā)出連軋管機(jī)組用復(fù)合芯棒。生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐證明,該芯棒的使用效果與H13芯棒相當(dāng)。介紹了復(fù)合芯棒的研制開發(fā)過程、性能及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,并對后期復(fù)合芯棒的再利用和質(zhì)量改進(jìn)提出建議。

       

      Abstract: To reducing the operation costs of the mandrel pipe mill,and seek some new approaches to properly utilizing the metal material,a complex mandrel has been developed successfully by Tianjin Pipe (Group) Corporation by means of selecting proper welding material and heat treatment process,and adopting the build-up welding process to treat the surface of the 42CrMoA general-purpose alloy structural steel bar. The actual operation with the newly-developed mandrel shows that its operational effectiveness is equal to that of the H13 mandrel. Detailed here in the paper are the main aspects concerning the complex mandrel,covering the R & D activities,the performance and economic profit it has brought about as well as suggestions involving the recycling and quality improvement of the mandrel in the future.
