    Development and Comparative Analysis of 3-roll Mandrel Pipe Mills

    • 摘要: 三輥連軋管機是當今世界上最先進的軋管機。介紹了三輥連軋管機的發(fā)展情況及主要優(yōu)勢,重點闡述了三輥連軋管機的結(jié)構(gòu)特點,并著重對PQF連軋管機與FQM連軋管機以及PQF連軋管機的兩種機型(軸向換輥和側(cè)向換輥)進行了分析比較。

       

      Abstract: The 3-roll mandrel pipe mill is regarded as the most advanced seamless steel tube mill in the world. Described in the article is the development history and the main advantages of such pipe mill. Also elaborated is the mill’ s configuration characteristics, focusing on the comparative analysis of the PQF mill with the axial roll-changeover structure and the FQM mill with the side roll-changeover structure.
