    鋼管端部橫向裂紋的漏磁檢測方法

    Flux Leakage Inspection Method for Steel Tube End Transversal Flaw

    • 摘要: 針對目前鋼管自動檢測過程中普遍存在的檢測盲區(qū)問題,提出采用管內(nèi)部磁化器固定,管外部掃描的漏磁檢測新方法。介紹了無盲區(qū)檢測鋼管端部橫向裂紋的原理,并從磁化器到檢測探頭的設(shè)計等多方面介紹了整個檢測裝置的結(jié)構(gòu),通過大量的實驗分析驗證了該檢測方法的適用性與可靠性。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the common problem of inspection blind area in automatic flaw detection of steel tube,a newly-developed flux leakage inspection method is provided,involving the magnetizer installed inside the tube and tube outside surface scanning unit.The work principle of the blind area-free inspection method for steel tube end flaw is described;the structure of the entire inspection system is elaborated,involving such details as the designs of the magnetizer and the probe,etc..The suitability and reliability of the said new inspection method are verified via a great number of experimental analyses.
