摘要: 斜軋穿孔狀態(tài)的合理與否對(duì)穿孔生產(chǎn)的穩(wěn)定性、可靠性和穿孔毛管的質(zhì)量起決定性作用,在對(duì)斜軋穿孔的軋制狀態(tài)做了較為詳盡論述的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)變形區(qū)中某些特征點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算與分析,并建立了對(duì)軋制狀態(tài)優(yōu)劣的評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和方法,介紹了最佳軋制狀態(tài)的選擇方法,已用于實(shí)際生產(chǎn)。Abstract: Proper rotary piercing conditions are decisive to consistency and reliability of piercing process as well as quality of the hollow bloom. Based on an in-deep discussion on the rolling conditions of the rotary piercing process, specific characteristics of the deformation zone are calculated and analyzed, and the criteria and method for evaluation of the rolling conditions are built up. Also described here in the article is the method for optimization of rolling conditions which has been applied to normal production.
