摘要: 介紹了高溫高壓井的分類。分析了目前高溫高壓井開發(fā)中存在的問題。探討了高溫高壓井特殊螺紋接頭的選用及測試評價。介紹了殼牌公司在高溫高壓井測試評價試驗(yàn)方面的成功應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)。分析認(rèn)為：應(yīng)對高溫高壓井用特殊螺紋接頭進(jìn)行全面的實(shí)物測試評價試驗(yàn)，以證明其具有較高的可靠性和適用性；根據(jù)使用工況選擇適當(dāng)?shù)慕宇^測試試驗(yàn)級別，并依據(jù)ISO 13679∶2002標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定補(bǔ)充試驗(yàn)評價程序；可借鑒殼牌公司在高溫高壓井用特殊螺紋接頭選用中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，使用雙級密封結(jié)構(gòu)的特殊螺紋接頭。Abstract: Described in the paper are the category of the HPHT oil/gas wells，and the problems as currently staying with exploitation of such wells. Also discussed are selection and evaluation testing of the premium connections as used in the said wells. Elaborated here are the experience of SHELL in successful application of such evaluation testing. The analysis leads to the conclusion as follows. Overall physical evaluation testing should be conducted to the premium connections for HPHT wells to prove their rather high reliability and suitability；Based on the actual service conditions，proper connection testing class should be chosen，and relevant supplementary test evaluation procedures should be made as per ISO 13679∶2002；and furthermore，SHELL’s experience in selection of premium connections for HPHT wells should be used for reference，i.e.，using the premium connection with 2-step seal structure.
