    我國缸筒用冷拔精密鋼管生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀淺析

    DISCUSSION ON CURRENT SITUATION OF DOMESTIC PRODUCTON OF COLD-DRAWN PRECISION STEEL TUBE FOR CYLINDER CASING PURPOSE

    • 摘要: 簡述了我國冷拔精密鋼管的生產(chǎn)及其設(shè)備的發(fā)展過程、冷拔精密鋼管的應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢,特別是應(yīng)用于液壓缸筒的經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢。我國冷拔精密鋼管生產(chǎn)雖已取得長足的進(jìn)步,但與工業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)國家相比,在品種、質(zhì)量方面還存在差距,指出了今后努力的方向。

       

      Abstract: The paper covers main areas of domestic industry of cold-drawn precision steel tube,including development of production and manufacturing equipment and the application superiority of the product, particularly the economic superiority in application for making of hydraulic cylinder casing.Although significant development of domestic production of cold-drawn precision steel tubes has been made, there still exist gaps in product variety and quality compared with the industrialized countries. Proposal for further development in this field is also put forward.
