    雙金屬?gòu)?fù)合管成型焊接方式探討及應(yīng)用——采用冶金復(fù)合板材焊接

    Discussion on and Application of Methods for Forming and Welding of Bimetal Clad Pipe—Welding with Metallurgical Composite Plate

    • 摘要: 探討了采用冶金復(fù)合鋼板或鋼帶制造雙金屬?gòu)?fù)合管的多種成型焊接方式,介紹了利用現(xiàn)有的焊接鋼管成型設(shè)備實(shí)現(xiàn)螺旋縫和直縫雙金屬冶金復(fù)合焊接鋼管的生產(chǎn)實(shí)例。分析指出:焊接雙金屬冶金復(fù)合焊接鋼管的關(guān)鍵工藝是復(fù)合層的焊接,必須選擇合適的坡口型式和焊接工藝,減少?gòu)?fù)合層焊縫的成分稀釋,以免降低其耐腐蝕性能;采用雙金屬冶金復(fù)合板材,通過成型焊接生產(chǎn)的復(fù)合管,其力學(xué)性能和耐腐蝕性能均能達(dá)到相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。

       

      Abstract: Discussed in the paper are various methods for forming and welding of the bimetal pipe with metallurgical composite steel plate or strip.Also analyzed here are relevant cases concerning manufacturing the spiral and the straight bimetal metallurgical clad pipes by means of the existing weld pipe forming and welding equipment.As a result,it is concluded that the key process for making the said pipe is welding of the composite layer.And for this purpose the bevel type and welding procedures should be determined properly so as to reduce composition dilution of the composite layer weld seam,and thus prevent weakening of the corrosion resistance of the material.The clad pipe as made with the bimetal metallurgical composite steel plate,and the forming-welding manufacturing process is in possession of both mechanical properties and corrosion resistance as up to applicable standard.
