Research on New Manufacturing Process for Large-medium Sized Hi-alloy Steel Seamless Tubes

摘要: 闡述了采用“離心澆鑄空心坯+管坯特殊處理+熱輥模連續(xù)頂軋成形”短流程工藝生產(chǎn)中大口徑高合金鋼管材的新方法;通過(guò)對(duì)試制管材的力學(xué)性能、腐蝕性能和金相組織的觀察,表明本短流程新工藝由于突破了穿孔的固有局限,適合生產(chǎn)難變形的高端管材,且管材具有優(yōu)良的綜合使用特性;節(jié)能降耗的優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯(粗略估計(jì)可節(jié)能節(jié)燃料各10%)。

Abstract: Elaborated in the article is a new technology to produce large-medium sized hi-alloy steel tubes,involving a mini-flow process of "centrifugal casting of hollow bloom+hollow bloom special treatment+hot rolling on pushing bench mill".Based on analysis of the mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and microstructure of the tubes from trial production,it is concluded that as a break with the intrinsic limitation of the conventional piercing process,the said new mini-flow process is suitable for producing hard deformation hi-end tubular products which possess excellent overall performance characteristics.The new process is also remarkably advantageous in energy saving and consumption-reducing(by 10% approximately).
