大口徑直縫埋弧焊管生產(chǎn)技術(shù)與裝備的新進(jìn)展

Fresh Development of Manufacture Technology and Equipment for Large-sized SSAW pipe

摘要: 近年來,隨著世界各國經(jīng)濟(jì)以及全球油氣輸送管道建設(shè)的空前發(fā)展,油氣輸送用大口徑焊管需求量大增,大口徑直縫埋弧焊管機(jī)組由此得到快速發(fā)展,其生產(chǎn)工藝及裝備水平均有長足的進(jìn)步。簡要描述了大口徑直縫埋弧焊管生產(chǎn)工藝技術(shù)及生產(chǎn)裝備的新進(jìn)展,包括引弧板焊接、板邊加工、預(yù)焊、內(nèi)外埋弧焊、擴(kuò)徑、水壓試驗(yàn)、探傷等工藝技術(shù)裝備,以及其他方面的技術(shù)進(jìn)步情況。

Abstract: Along with the unprecedented development of the global economy and oil/gas transport pipeline system construction,the demand for large-sized weld linepipes for oil/gas transport purpose is increased,which has led to the fast development of the large-sized SSAW pipe mills as manifested by the tremendous progresses concerning the manufacture processes and technological level of the equipment. Briefly described in the paper is the newly-made development of the manufacture processes and equipment for large-sized SSAW pipes,covering the equipment for such processes as run-out plate welding,plate trimming,pre-welding,internal/external sub-merged arc welding,expanding,hydrostatic testing and NDT,etc. And technical development of other aspects concerned is also described.
