    Optimized Design and Application of Rolls of Φ258 mm PQF Mandrel Mill

    • 摘要: 針對(duì)Φ258mm PQF連軋管機(jī)組在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)過程中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的輥軸相對(duì)錯(cuò)位和斷輥現(xiàn)象,提出了輥軸一體設(shè)計(jì)和離心復(fù)合制作工藝的新設(shè)想,同時(shí)采取了輥軸分離優(yōu)化應(yīng)用的措施。生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐證明,Φ258mmPQF連軋管機(jī)組的連軋輥優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用達(dá)到預(yù)期的效果,同時(shí),輥軸一體和輥軸分離連軋輥的使用壽命對(duì)比分析結(jié)果,體現(xiàn)了軋輥設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn)的意義和效果。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the chronic problem that the PQF roll is often relatively dislocated with the roll shaft,and gets broken as well,a new idea is proposed,involving the roll-shaft monolithic structure design,and the centrifugal casting process for manufacturing composite rolls,while action of optimization of the roll-shaft separation structure is taken. Relevant operation practice shows that the application result of the optimized design of the Φ258 mm PQF rolls is as satisfactory as expected. Moreover,the service spans of the roll-shaft monolithic structured-roll and the roll-shaft separation structured-roll are compared,which further shows the significance and effectiveness of the design modification of the rolls.
