    內(nèi)水冷穿孔頂頭的冷卻

    COOLING OF THE WATER INNER COOLED PIERCING PLUGS

    • 摘要: 在調(diào)查國內(nèi)一些Ф76~100mm機組內(nèi)水冷穿孔頂頭使用情況的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了該類頂頭的失效形式及其原因,從頂頭冷卻問題入手,相應(yīng)改進了內(nèi)水冷穿孔頂頭的內(nèi)孔設(shè)計,冷卻水的壓力和進水與回水之配比。改進的內(nèi)水冷頂頭使用壽命大為提高。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of an investigation on the water inner cooled piercing plugs used in some ф76~100mm pipe mill trains the invalidity and its cause of the plugs are analyzed. The service life of the water inner cooled piercing plugs is greatly increased after modifying the inner hole design of the plugs, adjusting the cooling water pressure and changing the ratio between the input and output water.
