    φ50mm三輥聯(lián)合穿軋無縫鋼管軋機

    φ50mm THREE-ROLL PIERCING-ROLLING MILL FOR SEAMLESS STEEL PIPES

    • 摘要: 介紹了太原重型機械學院研制的φ50mm 三輥聯(lián)合穿軋無縫鋼管軋機工藝,技術(shù)特點。采用該軋機只用一道穿軋工序就可軋出壁厚偏差為±4~5.8%。外徑偏差為±0.4~O.51%的熱軋鋼管。

       

      Abstract: The paper describes the process and technological characteristics of a φ50mm piercing-rollingmill for seamless pipes developed by Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Institute.The employment of the millmakes it possible to hot-roll steel pipes with wall-thickness tolerances of ±4~5.8% and with ODtolerances of ±0.4~0.51% through only one operation procedure as piercing-rolling.
