螺旋焊管生產(chǎn)線的技術(shù)裝備改造

Upgrades of Technical Equipment of Spiral Weld Pipe Production Lines

摘要: 為了生產(chǎn)出精品焊管、提高企業(yè)產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,勝利鋼管有限公司陸續(xù)對(duì)3條螺旋焊管生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行了技術(shù)裝備改造:內(nèi)外焊檢測(cè)與跟蹤采用激光自動(dòng)跟蹤系統(tǒng);板邊加工使用銑邊機(jī)代替圓盤剪;帶鋼引入成型器采用凹凸式導(dǎo)板;開(kāi)卷機(jī)與五輥矯平機(jī)之間加裝橫輥等。通過(guò)以上改造,不僅明顯提高了焊管的質(zhì)量,而且增強(qiáng)了企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

Abstract: Aiming at producing excellent weld pipes to sharpen the product competitive edges of itself, Shengli Steel Pipe Co., Ltd.has carried out modifications of the technical equipment of its three weld pipe production lines in succession, including employment of a laser auto-tracking system for internal-external weld inspection and material tracking of spiral weld pipe, replacement of the original circular shearer with a trimming machine for strip edge conditioning, using a buckle guide plate as strip guiding and forming device and adding horizontal rollers between the uncoiling machine and the five-high leveling machine, etc.As a result, both the product quality and the company's product competitiveness are significantly enhanced.
