    ANALYSIS OF DEFECT OF ACCU-ROLL MILL GUIDE DISC

    • 摘要: 通過對導盤材質(zhì)的組織、成分及金相結(jié)構(gòu)分析,研究了Accu Rol軋管機合金球墨鑄鐵導盤在工作中因軋制鋼管的甩尾而將導盤工作面的高邊崩掉的原因,提出了改進措施。

       

      Abstract: Based on analysis of the structure,chemical composition and metallographic structure of the guide disc,it has been found out why the upper edge of the alloy nodular cast iron-made guide disc of Accu-roll mill was crashed by swing of the tube tail end during rolling.Countermeasure have been made accordingly.
