    厚壁直縫埋弧焊管焊縫熔合線夾渣產(chǎn)生的原因

    Causes for Entrapped Slag in Weld Fusion Line of Heavy-wall SAWL Pipe

    • 摘要: 針對在生產(chǎn)X65 鋼級Φ762 mm×30.;
      2 mm直縫埋弧焊管初期焊縫夾渣比例達到20%的問題, 分析了厚壁直縫埋弧焊管焊縫熔合線夾渣產(chǎn)生的原因及焊接工藝參數(shù)對焊縫夾渣的影響, 提出了改進措施。經(jīng)多次試驗及調(diào)整工藝參數(shù)后, 焊縫夾渣比例降到5%以下, 使焊管返修比例降低, 生產(chǎn)效率大幅度提高

       

      Abstract: Addressing the problem that the initial weld entrapped slag rate of the Φ762 mm×30.2 mm X65 SAWH pipe is up to 20%,the causes for occurrence of entrapped slag in weld fusion line of the heavy-wall SAWH pipe,and effect by welding process parameters on weld-entrapped slag occurrence are analyzed. Accordingly,improvement actions are proposed. Owing to repeated tests and setting of the process parameters,the said entrapped slag rate is reduced to be under 5%,and the pipe rework rate is in turn cut down,and thus the productivity is remarkably enhanced.
