Technology and Deformation Characteristics of Semi-floating Mandrel Mill

摘要: 介紹了半浮動(dòng)芯棒連軋管機(jī)生產(chǎn)工藝過(guò)程及變形特點(diǎn),分析了半浮動(dòng)芯棒連軋管機(jī)與全浮動(dòng)芯棒連軋管機(jī)及限動(dòng)芯棒連軋管機(jī)的區(qū)別。提出了小型無(wú)縫鋼管生產(chǎn)機(jī)組選用半浮動(dòng)芯棒連軋工藝的優(yōu)勢(shì)。Abstract: Described in the paper are the manufacturing process of the semi-floating mandrel mill and the deformation features thereof. Differences between the semi-floating mandrel mill, the full-floating mandrel mill and the re-tained mandrel mill are discussed. Advantages of employment of semi-floating mandrel mill to produce small and medium tubes are elaborated.
