    Analysis on Causes for Rather Low Impact Value of 12Cr1MoVG Boiler Pipe

    • 摘要: 研究分析了12Cr1MoVG厚壁高壓鍋爐管沖擊值降低的原因。通過試驗(yàn)研究測得該鍋爐管中的O、H氣體含量偏高,基體上彌散分布著大量的細(xì)小B類夾雜物;經(jīng)能譜分析,該夾雜物的成分主要為氧化硅、氧化鋁等復(fù)合氧化物。由于O、H氣體含量偏高,以及氧化物夾雜的存在,導(dǎo)致12Cr1MoVG鋼的脆性轉(zhuǎn)變溫度升高,常溫下沖擊值降低,出現(xiàn)脆性斷裂。

       

      Abstract: Studied and analyzed are the causes for the rather low impact value of the 12Cr1MoVG boiler pipe.With relevant research tests,it is identified that the contents of gases O and H are rather high,and that a great amount of tiny inclusions of Type B is dispersed in the base metal of the pipe.And energy spectrum analysis is also conducted on the pipe,the result of which shows that the inclusions are mainly composed of composite oxides like silicon oxide and aluminum oxide.It is just the rather high contents of O and H,and the existence of the said oxides that leads to increase of the brittle transition temperature,and the lessening of the impact value at the ambient temperature,which result in the brittle fracture.
