    ANALYSIS OF OPERATION OF THE FIRST CHINA-MADE LD-120 Ⅲ 5-HIGH COLD ROLLING PIPE MILL

    • 摘要: 介紹了我國首臺LD-120Ⅲ型五輥冷軋管機生產厚壁(S>5mm)精密鋼管的運行現(xiàn)狀。分析了設計參數與生產運行中相關參數差異的原因,并對存在的問題進行了淺析。

       

      Abstract: The authors give the audience a briefing on the current operation situation of the first China made LD-120Ⅲ 5-high cold-rolling pipe mill being employed to produce heavy walled (S>5mm) precision steel tubes. Also dealt with in this paper are analysis of the elements responsible for the difference between the design parameters and the actual operational data and the existing problems as well.
