    埋弧焊鋼管倒棱機(jī)工藝布局方式的探討

    Discussion on Process Layout of Chamfering Machine for SAW Steel Pipe

    • 摘要: 介紹了我國埋弧焊鋼管倒棱機(jī)機(jī)械平頭工序工藝布局方式的發(fā)展及應(yīng)用狀況,分析了各種工藝布局方式的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。實(shí)踐證明,在平頭工序各種工藝布局方式中,鋼管橫移車托管移動方式較為先進(jìn)合理,可避免傳統(tǒng)的鋼管橫向移動使用撥料鉤和鋼管滾動時產(chǎn)生的磕拉碰傷,在整個工序過程中鋼管接送料平穩(wěn),鋼管與設(shè)備間無沖擊,無碰撞噪音,提高了鋼管的表面質(zhì)量。

       

      Abstract: Described in the paper are development and application of the process arrangement for mechanically-end-facing operation of the chamfering machine for SAW steel pipe in the country.Analyzed are the advantages and disadvantages of different process arrangement methods for the said operation.Relevant operation practice leads to the conclusion that among various process layouts for the end-facing operation,the solution involving the tube transfer car with saddle device to support tubes is comparatively more advantageous and logic,which is capable of getting tubes free of any damage as resulting from hit by rolling tubes themselves in case of using the conventional kick-off type tube transfer system.With the above mentioned saddle-equipped tube transfer car,during the entire operation process the tubes are ensured to be handled smoothly and no impact between the material and the equipment,thus no hit-caused noise,and moreover,tube surface quality is improved.
