Current Situation and Development Prospect of Technical Equipment of Domestic Seamless Steel Tube-making Industry(Part Ⅲ)

摘要: 詳細(xì)介紹了我國無縫鋼管技術(shù)裝備的發(fā)展情況。我國自1953年建成投產(chǎn)Φ140 mm自動(dòng)軋管機(jī)組以來,通過開發(fā)、研制以及引進(jìn),目前已是世界上擁有熱軋管機(jī)組種類和規(guī)格最齊全,冷拔、冷軋管機(jī)的種類、規(guī)格也較齊全的國家,但裝備水平參差不齊,設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)、制造力量分散。提出了我國應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮現(xiàn)有先進(jìn)裝備的特長,加速開發(fā)小型先進(jìn)裝備,改造部分現(xiàn)有的一般軋管機(jī)組,調(diào)整其分布,提高企業(yè)集中度,組建大型無縫鋼管集團(tuán)公司,使我國從無縫鋼管大國向無縫鋼管強(qiáng)國發(fā)展的建議。Abstract: The technical equipment development of domestic seamless steel tube-making industry is detailed. Since 1953 when the first domestic Φ140 mm plug mill was put into operation, thanks to continual research, development and import, the seamless steel tube-making industry of the country has been equipped with the most complete hot-rolling mills in the world in terms of type and product size range, and also equipped with cold-rolling (drawing) mills with considerable type variety and tube size range. However, the technical equipment level so varies geographically, and the equipment engineering and manufacturing firms are so scattered. To speed up the domestic seamless steel tube-making industry and turn the country from a big seamless steel tube consumer and producer into a world power in this regard, proposals have been put forward, including fully tapping the capacities of the existing advanced equipment, gearing up the development of small modern mills, making the distribution of the conventional pipe mills more geographically logical and improving the centralization of the manufacturers as well as building up large-scale corporations.
