    Summary of Domestic Development of Seamless Steel Tubes for Large-capacity Gas Cylinder Service

    • 摘要: 介紹了國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對大容積氣瓶用無縫鋼管的技術(shù)要求；詳述了國內(nèi)大容積氣瓶用無縫鋼管常見制造工藝，技術(shù)上的不斷進(jìn)步促使產(chǎn)品的尺寸范圍不斷擴(kuò)展，綜合性能和制造精度得到了大幅度提升，降低了制造成本。分析認(rèn)為：依靠技術(shù)進(jìn)步和科技創(chuàng)新開發(fā)新材料，并將新的煉鋼和軋鋼工藝以及先進(jìn)的無縫鋼管制造方法應(yīng)用于制造大容積氣瓶用無縫鋼管，在保障氣瓶的安全性和可靠性的前提下，促進(jìn)大容積氣瓶的輕量化發(fā)展，是今后大容積氣瓶用無縫鋼管的發(fā)展趨勢。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the essay are the technical requirements for the seamless steel tube for large-capacity gas cylinder service as specified under applicable National Standard.Also detailed are the domestic conventional manufacturing processes for such tubes.Thanks to the continuously-made technological progresses in the very field, the product size range is being expanded, the product comprehensive performance and manufacture precisions are remarkably improved, and the production costs have been reduced.Based on the analysis the development trend of the said tube for large-capacity gas cylinder service is pointed out, i.e., developing new material with support by technological progress and technical innovation, employing the latest steel-making and steel-rolling processes, and the advanced seamless steel tube manufacturing processes to produce the seamless steel tube, promoting the light-weight development of the seamless steel tube on the premise of guaranteeing safety and liability of the product.
