斜軋線(xiàn)接觸矯直輥的設(shè)計(jì)與調(diào)整探討

摘要: 線(xiàn)接觸矯直輥在實(shí)際操作參數(shù)與設(shè)計(jì)給定參數(shù)產(chǎn)生偏差時(shí),其線(xiàn)接觸特征受到破壞,最終影響矯直效果。本文采用數(shù)理分析,探討了當(dāng)某一參數(shù)在調(diào)整中產(chǎn)生偏差時(shí),該偏差和其他參數(shù)對(duì)線(xiàn)接觸破壞程度的影響,并提出了線(xiàn)接觸矯直輥設(shè)計(jì)和調(diào)整要點(diǎn)。Abstract: It is known that in case of any difference between the actual operation data and the designed data of the linear-contact straightening roll, the roll's linear-contact characteristics is consequently damaged, which inevitably produces negative influence on the straightening quality. With mathematic method, a study is made in respect to the influence on the said linear contact damage extent by the deviation of a given value occurring during relevant adjustment and other data concerned.Based on the analysis, key points regarding the adjustment and design of the said roll are proposed.
