摘要: 用于鋼管生產(chǎn)的定徑機(jī),其機(jī)架在使用中因腐蝕、磨損、損壞而報(bào)廢,如何低成本維修,延長機(jī)架使用壽命,是降低生產(chǎn)成本的措施之一。介紹了采用高分子復(fù)合材料修復(fù)機(jī)架軸承座孔的工藝流程,修復(fù)定位要點(diǎn)及修復(fù)效果。Abstract: For steel tube reducing mill,mill stands are inevitably scrapped due to corrosion,wear and damage,etc.One of the actions to reduce production costs is cost-effective maintenance of mill stands to prolong service life thereof.The paper involves issues of repairing stand bearing block hole with high-molecular complex material,including process flow,tips for positioning for the repair and result of the repair.
