摘要: 應(yīng)用閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng),采用PID溫度調(diào)節(jié)控制,設(shè)計(jì)了不銹鋼無縫鋼管固溶處理爐溫度自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了固溶處理爐溫度的可靠控制。介紹了該溫度自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的工作過程及控制電路。Abstract: With employment of the close-loop control system and the PID temperature-adjustment control method,the automatic temperature control system is designed for the solid solution treatment furnace for stainless steel seamless tubes to get the temperature thereof controlled consistently.Described in the paper are the working process and the control circuit of the said automatic temperature control system.
