    HFW與SAWL焊管的焊縫性能比較

    Property Comparison of HFW Pipe Weld Seam with SAWL Pipe Weld Seam

    • 摘要: 對(duì)相同材質(zhì)、管徑、壁厚的HFW焊管和SAWL焊管的焊縫試樣進(jìn)行了壓扁試驗(yàn)、導(dǎo)向彎曲試驗(yàn)、拉伸試驗(yàn)、夏比沖擊試驗(yàn)、顯微硬度試驗(yàn)和金相試驗(yàn),比較分析了二者的各項(xiàng)性能。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)過(guò)采取適當(dāng)?shù)母哳l焊接和焊后熱處理工藝,HFW焊管焊縫的各項(xiàng)力學(xué)性能指標(biāo)與SAWL焊管的相當(dāng),有些性能甚至更優(yōu);但其焊縫的質(zhì)量不及SAWL焊管的穩(wěn)定,需要進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化其生產(chǎn)工藝,控制好生產(chǎn)線每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量。

       

      Abstract: The weld seam samples of the HFW pipe and that of the SAWL pipe made with the same material, OD and WT undergo flattening test,guided-bend test, tensile test, Charpy impact test, micro hardness test and metallographic test in a bid to comparatively analyze various properties of seam welds of the two different weld pipes. The analysis result leads to such a conclusion that produced with proper HFW process and post-welding heat treatment process,all the weld seam mechanical property data as tested of the HFW pipe are equivalent to those of the SAWL pipe,and even some properties are better. However,weld seam quality of the HFW pipe is less stable than that of the SAWL pipe,which means the manufacturing process needs to be further optimized,and the product quality from each operation step of the production line needs to be well controlled.
