網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)用管的研制與開發(fā)

Research ＆ Development of Seamless Steel Tube for Lattice Framed Structure Service

摘要: 簡介了網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)用管的發(fā)展趨勢及在低碳錳鋼的基礎(chǔ)上加入適量微合金元素生產(chǎn)的網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)用管的成分及生產(chǎn)工藝;討論了加熱制度、軋制變形、軋后冷卻速度等對網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)用管的組織和性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,攀鋼集團成都鋼鐵有限責(zé)任公司所開發(fā)的幾種生產(chǎn)網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)用管的新工藝,通過批量生產(chǎn)與不斷改進,已形成穩(wěn)定正常的生產(chǎn)能力。

Abstract: The paper describes all the major aspects relating to the seamless steel tube for lattice framed structure service, including the development trend of the said product, the process which involves producing the steel for the said tube by means of adding proper amount of microalloying elements in the manganese low carbon steel and the chemical composition thereof and the influences on the structure and properties of the said seamless steel tube by heating schedule, material deformation during tube rolling and post-rolling cooling speed. The research result shows that consistent normal capacity of the said product has been available via relative massive production with several manufacture processes developed by the company and continuous improvement thereof.
