    Comparative analysis between Edition GB/T 3091-2008 and Edition GB/T 3091-2001 of China National Standard——Welded Steel Tubes for Low Pressure Liquid Conveyance

    • 摘要: 主要介紹了國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 3091《低壓流體輸送用焊接鋼管》2008年版的主要變動(dòng)內(nèi)容,并與2001年版進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。在2008年版中,外徑、壁厚及單位長(zhǎng)度重量直接引用了國(guó)家基礎(chǔ)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 21835-2008《焊接鋼管尺寸及單位長(zhǎng)度重量》,增加了螺旋縫埋弧焊鋼管內(nèi)容,以及必要的檢驗(yàn)與試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目。修訂后的GB/T3091標(biāo)準(zhǔn)無論是體系結(jié)構(gòu)還是內(nèi)容都更加合理、全面、先進(jìn),并與國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接軌,同時(shí)適應(yīng)了我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的實(shí)際需要。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the essay are the key changes of the 2008 edition of China National Standard GB/T 3091——Welded Steel Tubes for Low Pressure Liquid Conveyance, and a comparison between the 2008 edition and the 2001 edition thereof. In the 2008 edition, the data of OD, W.T. and W. per length unit are directly borrowed from the national basic standard of GB/T 21835-2008——Dimensions and Weights per Length Unit of Welded Steel Tubes, while information concerning the spiral SAW pipe and necessary inspection and test items are added. The revised latest edition of GB/T 3091 is more rational, complete and advanced in terms of the systematic structure and the coverage, and thus becomes compatible with relevant international standard, having been suitable for the actual need for the development of the national economy.
